Master Service Agreement
By engaging with Nystrom Moving & Storage, Inc., you're agreeing to the detailed protocol of freight handling and liability defined herein.
Cargo Liability & Responsibility
Nystrom Moving & Storage, Inc. assumes liability for loss, damage, or delay only as specifically outlined under the Carmack Amendment or relevant state statutes. Our standard liability is limited to $0.50 per pound unless otherwise negotiated in writing before transit commences. Why leave your valuable cargo to chance? We recommend comprehensive insurance for all high-value forwarding.
Forwarding Disclaimers
Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed unless premium 'Guaranteed Direct' service is selected. We aren't liable for Force Majeure events, including Minnesota blizzards or national logistics disruptions.
Warehousing Clauses
Storage is governed by Minnesota Uniform Commercial Code. Nystrom Moving & Storage, Inc.'s duty of care is limited to that of a reasonably careful person under similar circumstances. Liability doesn't extend to inherent vice of goods.
